Shoe Spotlight: Ballet Pumps from Matalan

When it comes to buying shoes the one thing I want is comfort. It's also probably one of the hardest things to find in a shoe, but fear not, for I have found the perfect casual summer shoes!

I picked up these Stud Ballerina Pumps from Matalan in Baby Blue, Pastel Pink, White and Black. They are perfect for summer and the colour range is beautiful. I love the little plastic pyramid decor on the front of the shoes. 

I have got into the habit of stocking up when I find something I like now as I was sick of finding something amazing, wearing it until it falls apart and then being hit with the realisation that I will never be able to buy it again as it is no longer being manufactured. Plus if it's available in more than one colour, the more the merrier! 

I usually struggle to find comfortable flat shoes as the skin on my heels is quite weak so anything with a tough back normally cuts into my heels and I just end up not wearing them. The thing that drew me to these apart from them looking SO FREAKIN' CUTE was that the backs are quite soft and flexible so they don't hurt your heels. 

The Stud ballerina Pumps were just £12 a pair at Matalan. Although these particular pumps may no longer be available it's working checking the Matalan website or in store as they are constantly bringing out new styles of their ballet shoes.
I will definitely be keeping an eye out for the stud pumps returning next summer, fingers crossed!
