The Urban Decay Vice 3 Palette

Ahhh... Urban Decay eyeshadow palettes, they are pretty fine! You've probably heard all about the Urban Decay Naked palettes as everyone raves about them. They are one of Urban Decays most iconic products and its not surprising as their eye shadow formulas are great.

I wanted some of the Urban Decay eye shadows but couldn't really afford to spend £14 a piece on the single shadows and although the Naked palettes look lovely I just couldn't see myself getting much use out of them as they are very neutral toned and I don't tend to be drawn towards neutrals as much. If I'm going to go to the effort to wear eyeshadow I want it to be noticed, so I chose to get the Urban Decay Vice 3 Palette instead.

I read about this on a couple of blogs prior to its release so I saved up some pennies and was ready to buy it from Debenhams as soon as it was available. I love the range of shades in this palette. There are still some of your neutrals in there but there are also some wonderful pops of colour including reds, pinks, purples, greens and blues.  My favourite shades are Sonic, Alchemy and lucky.

Its nice to have a bit of variety and something a bit different to play around with. What is your favourite Urban Decay palette and why?

Psst... Have you heard about the new naked palette yet? Check out Urban Decay's twitter account for a sneak peek.
